Would you like to lower your PPE expenses?

Posted: Friday, October 23, 2020

The City of Huntington has asked the Chamber of Commerce assist our members to help lower members’ PPE equipment expense. The City of Huntington has a potential partnership with a mask manufacturer that will do just that. See flyer here.

The masks are of high-quality and much more comfortable than most other masks. They are easy to wash and can be re-used over 200 times. The partnership relies on our community showing a need. If you could use masks such as shown on the flyer, please go to this link so the city can have an educated guess of how many our community would be able to utilize the masks. You can find the link to the Google forms by clicking https://forms.gle/NvmsYaJHd3QUAzG49.

As I noted on the phone, businesses could expect a price point at wholesale of $12.50 per mask rather than retail at $25. The masks would be eligible under the Huntington County PPE Grant program published above if businesses meets the other eligibility requirements.

The masks could be provided to employees, volunteers, clients or customers.
