Wolfe recognized by Internal Revenue Service

Trent A. Wolfe, Kline’s CPA Group Senior Manager, was recognized by the Internal Revenue Service for meeting the requirements to be certified as an enrolled agent. An enrolled agent is a federally-authorized tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and who is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the IRS for audits, collections and appeals.

Wolfe joined Kline’s CPA Group as an intern in 2005 and graduated from Manchester College. The Huntington native became a junior accountant for Kline’s in December 2006. Wolfe is involved with tax preparation and planning at Kline’s CPA for individuals and entities with a focus on agriculture clients. He also specializes in non-profit return preparation, payroll review and tax research.

Wolfe resides in Huntington with his wife, Melissa Fetters Wolfe. He is a board member of the United Way of Huntington County where he serves as the treasurer and chairman of the finance committee.
