What is the “I Saved Post Prom!” Campaign?

Posted: Friday, January 15, 2021

Due to the unusual circumstances of 2020, the Post Prom committee finds themselves in a situation where they need to raise funds to put on the Post Prom for the class of 2021. Without the help of school fundraisers, sporting event concessions and the ‘usual’ efforts to raise money, this year’s prom fundraising has become a challenge. The prom committee is in need of $12,000.

A group is helping to sell name spots on the Post Prom shirt design for $5 per name for friends and family, and $100 per name for businesses. Those wanting to help can buy as many spots as they would like. Do you want your name on the shirt? Maybe the graduating senior? Maybe their siblings? The more the merrier!

Let’s hope your name is teeny-tiny in the design when it’s all said and done, because that will mean that we raised a lot of money for these graduates.

The shirt mockup at right is just a concept, the actual design will be determined by the number of spots purchased, and the color is still to be determined. The shirts for the seniors have been graciously donated by Thorne Insurance Agency. They do not need to be purchased from this site, but the group is taking pre-orders from community members, friends and family.

If the Post Prom gets canceled, the money raised will be used to buy senior gifts. To learn more about “I Saved Post Prom,” visit the website at or the Facebook page
