Posted: Friday, September 19, 2014

Huntington University will hold its Visiting Executive Seminar, “VES,” at Huntington University. Business executives will have an opportunity to interact and have impactful discussions with HU business students and industry peers. The seminar will be held on Friday, October 24.

The morning will begin at 8 a.m. at the Habecker Dining Commons’ upper level, on the HU campus with a full breakfast. The seminar will get underway at 8:30 a.m. and will wrap up at 11:30 a.m., followed by an optional lunch in the lower level of the Habecker Dining Commons.

Executive-in-Residence and Emeritus Professor, Jim O’Donnell, and Professor Troy Irick’s topic this year will cover the vast, far-reaching, dull-sounding, but oh-so-interesting and important topic of “Demographics.” Demographics have a bearing on innovation and entrepreneurship and how we grow in our ability to initiate and create new enterprises in an increasingly global economy.

Those interested in attending should RSVP to lschmitz@huntington.edu or call Linda at (260) 359-4042. Myers Funeral Home is underwriting this event, and there is no cost for the seminar, breakfast or lunch.
