Teens on the Town, a program provided by Pathfinder Community Supports, will have a fun holiday activity for teenagers with disabilities in December. On Friday, December 11, Teens on the Town will be going out to dinner at Fazoli’s and then will visit the Fort Wayne Fantasy of Lights.

Parents or guardians should arrange to get their teen to the Pathfinder Community Supports office, located at 1152 East State Street by 4:30 p.m., and pick up their teen at 8:30 p.m. Transportation to and from Fort Wayne will be provided by Pathfinder Services. The Teens on the Town program focuses on teens, ages 13 to 22, who are currently attending special needs programs at the middle and high school level. Supervision and assistance is provided for all participants as needed.
