Representatives to give state of city,county

The March Huntington University Foundation Breakfast will explore the current state of the economy for both Huntington County and the City of Huntington. The Foundation Breakfast will be held on Wednesday, March 13.

The mission of the Huntington County Economic Development Corporation is to maintain a unified economic development effort to promote opportunities for job retention, expansion and to attract new businesses. On Wednesday, March 13, Mark Wickersham, executive director of the HCED, along with Mayor Brooks Fetters and County Commissioners’ president Leon Hurlburt will give a progress report on the state of the county and city.

The Foundation Breakfast is open to the public. It will begin at 7:45 a.m. in the Habecker Dining Commons and conclude by 9 a.m. The cost of the breakfast is $7.
