Pathfinder welcomes new board members

Pathfinder Services, Inc., a comprehensive human and community development organization, whose main office is in Huntington, welcomed three new board members to their board of directors in January. The three new members were elected to serve a three year term at the Pathfinder Services annual meeting of the board of directors in December. Those members are Sue Leedy, Carlene Peters and Randall Prange.

Sue Leedy is a speech language pathologist for the Huntington County Community School Corporation and has been in the field of teaching for over 30 years. She is very passionate about her work and thrives on helping others learn to communicate. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees from Ball State University and is Nationally Board Certified. Sue lives in Huntington and has been involved in many community organizations including the Open Door Catholic Outreach Program, Humane Society, Psi Iota Xi Sorority and the Huntington City Park Board.

Carlene Peters is the campus visit coordinator at Huntington University and has been a member of the Huntington University staff for the past 28 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Huntington (College) University. Carlene is a lifelong resident of Huntington County and has served on the Huntington County 4-H board of directors.

Randall S. Prange has been in the banking industry for over 28 years, the last 21 with Bippus State Bank. He is currently Bippus State Bank’s chief information officer and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Huntington (College) University and holds various technical certifications for computer networking. Prange also serves on the board of directors for Life Long Learning of Huntington County.

Also in January, Amy Thomas, circulation manager at Our Sunday Visitor, will begin serving a continuing term on the Pathfinder Services board of directors.
