Pathfinder announces new hire, promotion

Posted: Friday, October 25, 2019

Pathfinder Services, Inc. president and CEO John Niederman announced the hiring of Robert Maina as desktop administrator in IT Services and the promotion of Bret Seslar to staff and production manager in Outsource Manufacturing.

Maina has a decade of experience in IT and previously worked as a direct service provider at Benchmark Human Services, formerly Anthony Wayne Services, in Fort Wayne.

“Robert’s experience not only in IT, but also with serving people with developmental delays, makes him an extremely valuable addition to our staff,’ says Niederman.

In his position, Maina will focus on proactive management and monitoring of end user devices and other IT assets, specifically procuring and installing new equipment.

After a year and a half working as a production assistant, Bret Seslar, shown in photo, has been promoted to the position of staff and production manager at Pathfinder Services, Inc. He brings more than a decade of experience in the field of manufacturing to his new role, with most of that time leading a department and overseeing operations.

“We are always happy when we are able to move people up within the organization,” said Niederman. “Bret will be able to easily step into this role and do a great job since he is already so familiar with the operations.”

In his position, Seslar will be responsible for overseeing employees and production in Outsource Manufacturing, as well as maintaining processes and ISO standards and building and maintaining relationships with customers.
