Pathfinder adds to marketing, development team

Pathfinder Services, Inc. president and CEO John Niederman has announced the hiring of Tracy Dishman as chief marketing and development officer, and Nicole Hahn as communication and volunteer coordinator for the marketing and development team.

Dishman, left, is an accomplished executive leader with 25-years of experience and a strong portfolio of marketing and business development successes. She has a passion for the profession which is evident in her efforts to continuously stay current with ever-changing technology and trends.

“Tracy brings a strong level of leadership to our executive team,” says Niederman.  “She has a tremendous track record of developing strategic marketing plans and we look forward to seeing what she can do to support the growth of our services and the number of people served.”

In her position, Dishman will be responsible for planning, developing and executing the overall marketing strategy of the organization along with leading the efforts of Pathfinder Services to increase grant and individual investments in the organization.

Dishman is from Muncie, Indiana and earned her degrees from Ball State University.

A seasoned communications professional, Nicole Hahn brings more than two decades of experience in communications and media and public relations to Pathfinder Services, Inc.

“Nicole is a respected leader in communications. She has tremendous experience in media and public relations at both public and private organizations,” said Niederman. “We are excited about the talent and expertise she brings as we look to increase awareness of all the great things being done at Pathfinder Services.”

Hahn, right, served most recently as the director of media relations and crisis management at Purdue University Fort Wayne. Prior to that, she was news director at a television station in Toledo, Ohio. She also spent more than 20 years in several different positions in broadcast television in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

In this position, Hahn will be responsible for managing internal and external communication and public and media relations. She will also help with events, recruit and manage volunteers, and work on the overall volunteer experience in support of the organization’s projects and programs.

Hahn grew up in Huntington and earned her degree at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne. She lives in Huntington County with her husband and two children.
