Pace Chevrolet in Huntington is partnering with Pathfinder Services and Love, INC in Huntington this holiday season to collect donations for families served by the organizations. Pace would like donations of personal hygiene, baby products and household cleaning products to assist families in Huntington County during this holiday season. All donations received will go toward families served by Pathfinder Services and Love, INC.

Items being sought include any personal hygiene products including: toothpaste, tooth brushes, mouthwash, soap, shampoo, Kleenex, toilet paper, diapers, and baby wipes. Household cleaning supplies needed include: laundry detergent, antibacterial cleaners, and other cleaning supplies. Items will be accepted at Pace Chevrolet at 239 Hauenstein Road across from Wal-Mart in Huntington through Thursday, December 22.

For items donated you will be entered into a chance to win a $50 Visa gift card. Two winners will be drawn at the end of the holiday season.

“We are extremely grateful to partner with Pace Chevrolet again this year,” stated Beth Stevens, Family-Self Sufficiency Coordinator for Pathfinder Community Connections, “We are seeing a great need in the community for families who simply cannot afford basic things this holiday season, and it is our goal to help these families during this holiday season,” Stevens concluded.

“It is a pleasure to continue working with Pathfinder Services and Love, INC again this holiday season. We know that these community organizations needs are high this holiday season due to the economy the last few years and thus the demand placed on them. We hope to see tons of donations within the next month, and encourage everyone to help out these great organizations in any way they can,” stated Joe Pais, owner of Pace Chevrolet.

Donations will be accepted at Pace from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
