Niederman to share personal journey

John Niederman will share his personal journey of discovering how to effectively lead with purpose, passion, and perseverance during the Huntington University Leadership Luncheon on March 23.

Niederman currently serves as the president and CEO of Pathfinder Services Inc. in Huntington. His career also includes serving as the director of special services at the Anthony Wayne Rehabilitation Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana, from 1978-1985, and as an arthritis social worker at St. Louis University Hospitals in St. Louis, Missouri. He has received some of these companies’ most prestigious leadership and team achievement awards. He also currently sits on the board of directors for the Huntington County Community Foundation and works with the Harmony Initiative Task Force. He is active in a variety of other leadership roles in the community and church.

The luncheon, sponsored by the Huntington University Center for Leadership, will take place from noon to 1 p.m. in the Habecker Dining Commons. The cost is $10 per person – a reduced price this year.
