Posted: Thursday, October 14, 2010

Ness Bros. Real Estate & Auction Company has recently changed from a GMAC franchise to a RealLiving franchise. Steve Ness and Kurt Ness, brokers and co-owners of Ness Bros., operate three locations for customer convenience.

Ness Bros. had its beginnings in 1961 and became a GMAC franchise in 2000. A re-branding campaign is underway with the changeover to RealLiving, which brings a host of new features to better serve the company’s customers.

“The new look is a step in the right direction,” according to Steve Ness. Ness further commented that RealLiving’s approach includes a lot of high-tech features which will allow customers to search for homes anywhere in the United States.

“Studies show that 88 percent of real estate customers (buyers or sellers) start with the Internet to do their search.” Ness stated, and added that to be competitive in the real estate market, one has to take advantage of all the tools available and RealLiving is on the forefront of the technology to do so.

Along with the Huntington location at 519 N. Jefferson Street, the company has a Fort Wayne office. According to Kurt Ness, broker co-owner, a third office has recently opened in Marion to better serve clients in the area.

A six-member full time staff and 25 agents service Ness Bros. clients. For more information call Steve or Kurt Ness at 356-3911 or visit the website at www.NessBros.com.
