Miller’s to hold block party on August 14

Miller’s Merry Manor, 1500 Grant Street, announces their Third Annual Summer Block Party. The party will be held on Wednesday, August 14, at their Grant Street facility from 6 to 8 p.m. The event is held each year by Miller’s, and is their biggest fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association.

Last year over 200 community members attended and raised over $300. This year the Summer Block Party will include plenty of food, a tractor show, dunk tank, kids zone, a mobile pet adoption unit, silent auction raffle, music and lots of fun! The event is free and open to the community.

Miller’s is looking to make this year’s event even bigger and better than previous years. They are asking for company sponsorships and donations for the silent auction. If you are interested in sponsoring an event, please select from the dunk tank, sno-cone machine, tent and chair rental, food and items for the silent auction.
