Miller’s holds open house and ribbon cutting

Miller’s Merry Manor held an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, April 26 to officially open its new memory care community, The Boulevard Memory Care Unit. The ribbon cutting was held at 2 p.m. while the open house continued until 5:30 p.m. the community was invited to attend.

According to Natalie McConnell, administrator, renovations began in February and are now complete. McConnell said, “We have updated the unit with new colors and color scheme, flooring, furniture, carpeting, cabinets, appliances and more. We are very proud of this unit now that everything is completed.” She went on to say that the newly updated unit will be able to be home to up to 20 individuals.

Those attending the event were treated to hors d ’oeuvres, tours of the facility, networking opportunities and door prizes.
