Lake City Bank to open its lobby on March 15

Posted: Friday, March 12, 2021

All Lake City Bank branch office lobbies will open for full service on Monday, March 15, 2021, with normal hours. Since closing their lobbies in November, Lake City have successfully served their clients and communities with drive-up and by-appointment visits.

Lake City is excited to be available to their clients in person when Lake City Bank Digital, the next generation mobile and online banking solution, goes live in three weeks. If you use their online and mobile banking products, it’s very important to follow their updates on the Lake City Bank Digital rollout to ensure a smooth transition. Lake City Bank knows you’ll love the expanded features and functionality!

Lake City Bank will continue to observe safety protocols based on recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Indiana State Department of Health and local public health officials. They will keep these safety protocols in place until the public health risk posed by COVID-19 no longer requires the precautionary measures to protect both their clients and employees.

All employees, customers and visitors must wear a mask while in one of Lake City’s offices. Those that don’t have a mask, Lake City will provide one. If you cannot wear a mask for medical reasons, please contact the branch or visit the drive-up prior to your visit so they can make arrangements to serve you.

Upon entering the office, customers must sanitize their hands with the hand sanitizer available at the entry.

The Lake City Bank team member who greets you on entering the branch may require you to quickly lift your mask to confirm your identity, or may ask you for identification or to answer questions that will confirm your identity. Inside the branch, Lake City will ask that you observe social distancing by remaining six feet from others while inside the office. Branch offices have floor markings to help guide you. To avoid overcrowding in the offices, Lake City may require you to wait outside the office until others leave.

These precautions exist for the safety and well-being of Lake City team members, clients, partners and communities. Please respect their teams as much as they respect you, and follow these guidelines regardless of your vaccination status, as recommended by the CDC. Lake City appreciates your cooperation and patience.
