Kids Kampus presented with Level 4 Rating

Posted: Friday, August 23, 2019

Pathfinder Kids Kampus has earned an accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) the world’s largest organization working on behalf of young children and Paths to Quality Level 4 Rating with the State of Indiana.

To earn NAEYC Accreditation, Pathfinder Kids Kampus went through an extensive self-study and quality-improvement process, followed by an on-site visit by NAEYC assessors to verify and ensure that the program met each of the ten program standards, and hundreds of corresponding individual criteria. NAEYC accreditation is the gold standard for early childhood programs across the country.

“NAEYC-Accredited programs bring our definitions of excellence for early childhood education to life each day,” said Elizabeth Hire, administrator/Early Head Start director at Kids Kampus. “Earning NAEYC Accreditation makes Pathfinder Kids Kampus an exemplar of good practice for families and the entire community.”

Pathfinder Kids Kampus is also celebrating Paths to Quality rating from the State of Indiana. Paths to Quality is Indiana’s voluntary statewide rating system for early care and education programs. Each time a program advances to the next level, it demonstrates a commitment to supporting children’s development, learning, and future success in school and life. Kids Kampus has achieved Level 4, the highest level.
