Johnson Junction wins Heritage Days Bed Race

Johnson Junction ran across the finish line in first place winning the Heritage Days 2015 Bed Race and capturing the $500 first place prize! The race was held Saturday evening, June 20 at Huntington High School. Johnson Junction was also selected as the Crowd Favorite, netting the team an additional $175.

Bailey-Love Mortuary finished in second place and received $200. Bippus State Bank was the third place finished and received $100.

The Chamber thanks all those who participated in any way in the race. Special thanks to Dan Juergens for organizing the event, to all the teams who participated and to Gerald Ingle of Ingle Service Center for his help at the starting line.
