Ivy Tech announces free seminars

Ivy Tech Corporate College announces a free Spring Speaker’s Series focusing on topics such as Engaging Your Employees, Expanding Your Business into China and the Impact of Technology on Economic Development activities. The talks will take place at Ivy Tech Community College, Coliseum Campus located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

This unique opportunity will help facilitate the exchange of ideas from thought leaders, scholars and practitioners. The series is open to managers and leaders in the public and private sectors, as well as, college and university faculty, staff and interested students.

Ivy Tech Corporate College is also hosting three free seminars this spring focusing on the topic of Economic Development. The series, which kicks off Wednesday, March 28, will be beneficial for public or private sector managers engaged in leadership activities in Northeast Indiana. It features distinguished leaders and scholars who will share their knowledge on a variety of business topics.

All speaking events are free and open to the public and will be from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Coliseum Campus Auditorium, 3800 N. Anthony Blvd. at Ivy Tech-Northeast in Fort Wayne. “Ideas are Free - Engaging Your Employees” will be presented by Dean Schroeder, PhD on Wednesday, March 28. The second seminar is titled “Expanding Your Global Market – Doing Business in China” by David Mao, Esp., to be held on Wednesday, April 25 and the final seminar will be held on Wednesday, May 23, titled “Economic Development – Impact of Technology.” The third seminar will be given by Hank Feeser, PhD.
