iAB welcomes Gouveia, Miklos, promotes Steiner

iAB is pleased to announce the addition of both John F. Gouveia, III as agribusiness lender and vice president, as well as James Miklos as a mortgage originator. Additionally, Randall S. Steiner, credit department manager has been promoted to vice president.

John F. Gouveia, III, left, joins the Agribusiness team with nearly 20 years of experience in banking and agribusiness. Gouveia earned his Masters of Business Administration degree from Indiana University at Kokomo and his Bachelors of Science in Business from Indiana University Purdue University, Fort Wayne. He will be based out of iAB’s Huntington office and looks forward to serving customers in the Wabash and Huntington areas. He is actively involved with the Board of Education for MSD of Wabash County and in his spare time, enjoys hunting, motorcycle and spending time with his family.

Jim Miklos, center, has joined iAB as a Mortgage Originator. Miklos earned his Bachelors of Science degree from Purdue University and has a background of nearly 5 years in banking, with experience as a loan officer and in branch services. He looks forward to partnering with iAB customers every step of the way as they work through the home purchase process. When not in the office, Miklos is President of the Business Professionals Chapter of Business Networking International and enjoys biking, working on his historical home and spending time with family and friends.

Randy Steiner, right, credit department manager at iAB has been promoted to vice president. Steiner has been with iAB since 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University. He has a professional background in commercial banking with over 30 years of experience and expertise in credit, lending and risk management. He is an active member of the community, having served on the board for the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre and currently chairman of the board for Fort Wayne Public Television. In his spare time, he enjoys travel and following both IU basketball and IRL racing.
