Huntington Nursery to help 4-H clubs

Posted: Thursday, April 2, 2020

Huntington Nursery & Florist is helping local 4-H clubs with the annual geranium sale. Local 4-H clubs are unable to participate in organized events this year, but Huntington Nursery & Florist has stepped in to sell the geraniums and will donate the proceeds back to the local clubs.

Orders for 4-H club seed geraniums should be placed through Huntington Nursery & Florist and prepaid by Friday, April 10. Customers can either place orders in person, by phone at (260) 356-4718 or by email at Those emailing orders are asked to make sure to include the 4-H club that they want the proceeds to go to.

Checks can be made out to Huntington Nursery & Florist or credit cards can be processed in person or over the phone. Customers can pick up their geraniums at the nursery on April 30 and May 1. All plants must be picked up by May 1.

Once orders are finalized and picked up, Huntington Nursery & Florist will give a portion of the proceeds to each individual club for very flat sold by that club. If customers do not designate a club, the proceeds will fund the Huntington County 4-H Leaders Organization.
