Hope Christian hosting meeting

Hope Christian School is hosting an informational meeting this month for those who are interested in learning more about the school, which is scheduled to open in the fall of 2014. The informational meeting will take place on Thursday, June 27, from 7 to 8 p.m., at Café of Hope, 900 E. State Street. Light refreshments will be served.

Hope Christian School is an independent, non-denominational Christian school whose mission is to support parents in the education of their children by providing Christ-centered learning programs dedicated to preparing students to fulfill God’s unique plan for their lives.

Hope Christian School will offer full academic instruction based on a biblical foundation for grade levels kindergarten through 12. HCS will offer courses in language arts, mathematics, history, geography, science, Bible and various electives along with special programs of music, physical education, life skills, art and service projects. When students graduate, they will have been given the education and Christian foundation to successfully utilize their God-given gifts in the world whether their paths are collegiate or vocational.
