Honeywell Center to present The Lettermen

Posted: Friday, November 17, 2017

105.9 The Bash welcomes The Lettermen Holiday Show to the Honeywell Center Ford Theater on Friday, December 15, at 7:30 p.m. Pop vocal trio The Lettermen will perform Christmas classics including “White Christmas,” “Silver Bells,” and “Little Drummer Boy,” along with their classic hits like “Goin’ out of My Head,” “Theme From a Summer Place” and “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You.”

The three beautiful voices, blending as one, first hit the music charts in 1961 with “The Way You Look Tonight.” This hit was soon followed with another chart-topper entitled, “When I Fall in Love,” earning them the best vocal group of that year.

The Lettermen continued to stay on top with beautiful harmony and love songs, while becoming one of the top college concert attractions of the 1960’s. They revived the classic Charlie Chaplin song “Smile” and continued to grow in popularity with the releases of “Our Winter Love,” “Come Back Silly Girl,” “Graduation Day,” and one of the most loved holiday albums ever recorded, “For Christmas This Year.” Their perfect harmony truly is timeless. Tickets are $50, $35 and $25, and may be purchased online at www.honeywellcenter.org or by calling the Honeywell Foundation Box Office at (260) 563-1102.
