WABASH, IN – The Honeywell Center announced the on sale date for two new shows coming to Wabash in early 2011.  Tickets for Ronnie Milsap and A Second Helping: The Church Basement Ladies Sequel go on sale Thursday, December 9 at 8 a.m.

Welcomed by WWKI, country singer and six-time Grammy Award winner Ronnie Milsap comes to Wabash on Friday, February 18 at 7:30 p.m.  Topping the country charts more than a dozen times in the 1970s with hits like “Let My Love Be Your Pillow,” “What a Difference You’ve Made in My Life,” “I Wouldn’t Have Missed It for the World,” and “Any Day Now.” Milsap also won a dozen CMA awards, including Male Vocalist of the Year four times.  Tickets are $22, $34, $44 and $75.

The musical comedy A Second Helping: The Church Basement Ladies Sequel arrives at the Honeywell Center on Wednesday, April 13 at 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.  The year is 1969, and although the world is changing around the ladies in their rural Minnesota community, they continue to involve us in their side-splitting antics and heartwarming situations.  This time around the ladies take us along as they serve high school students at the Luther League Banquet, then to a church-sponsored Missionary Night, and then the rise and fall of a Viking’s Super Bowl Sunday.  Tickets are $12, $18 and $25.

Concerts, conferences, charity galas, art exhibits, and educational outreach programs are among the diverse events at the Honeywell Center.
