Honeywell Center Announces New Shows

WABASH, Ind. – Six new shows were recently added to the Honeywell Center’s holiday concert bill.  Tickets for The Oak Ridge Boys, Cirque Dreams Holidaze, 4Troops, Church Basement Ladies: Away in a Basement, Mannheim Steamroller, and Fort Wayne Philharmonic Holiday Pops, will go on sale Tues., July 20 at 8 a.m.

Known for their hits “Elvira,” “American Made,” and “Bobby Sue,” the Oak Ridge Boys will be bringing their hits and holiday favorites to the Ford Theater stage when WWKI welcomes them to the Honeywell Center on Sat., Nov. 20 at 7:30 p.m.  Tickets are $20, $34, $44, and $75.

Cirque Dream Holidaze will be coming to the Honeywell Center’s Ford Theater for two shows on Tues., Nov. 23 at 7 p.m. and Wed., Nov. 24 at 7 p.m.  This original new musical is a celebration all to itself.  An international cast of acrobats, aerialists, singers, dancers and musicians fill the stage, the air and dangle from a gigantic and magical tree, and bring in the holiday season in acrobatic style.  Tickets are $20, $35, $45.

4Troops, a United States combat veteran group, will perform at the Honeywell Center on Fri., Dec. 10 at 7:30 p.m., sponsored by Michael and Rebecca Kubacki.  4Troops consists of three men and one woman who have served on the front lines in Iraq and Afghanistan, and have come together to sing on behalf of all troops to honor their sacrifices and to create awareness for their needs.  Tickets are $12, $18, and $25.

WBCL will welcome the Church Basement Ladies when they return to the Honeywell Center’s Ford Theater to perform their new holiday special “Away in a Basement - A Church Basement Ladies Christmas” on Tues., Dec. 14 at 7:30 p.m.  The ladies will take you back to 1959 as they prepare for the Sunday School Christmas program while sharing past and present holiday memories, along with new music and classic hilarious antics.  Tickets are $12, $18, and $25.

Mannheim Steamroller will bring their famous holiday music to the Honeywell Center for two shows on Dec., 17 at 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.  Grammy Award winner Chip Davis, creator and mastermind behind the group, directed and co-produced the ensemble that will be coming to Wabash bringing their award-winning signature sound.  Tickets are $28, $48, $68, and $100.

The Fort Wayne Philharmonic will bring their rich symphonic sound and plenty of holiday cheer to the Ford Theater when they arrive at the Honeywell Center on Wed., Dec. 22 at 7:30 p.m., sponsored by First Farmers Bank & Trust.  Tickets are $15.
