Honeywell books two new shows, tickets on sale

Posted: Friday, May 18, 2018

Two new shows will be coming to the Honeywell Center, both of which are real crowd-pleasers. First on the list is the Country super group Lonestar, followed by Under the Streetlamp in December. Tickets go on sale Thursday, May 24 at 10 a.m.

Lonestar, left, has sold more than 10 million albums since their launch in 1995, and achieved ten #1 hits including “No News,” “Come Crying to Me,” and their crossover smash “Amazed.” Performing more than 100 concerts worldwide each year and celebrating over 20 years together, Lonestar recently released Never Enders, featuring new songs that bring the band’s trademark sound into the contemporary arena. They will perform on the Ford Theater stage on Saturday, September 15. Tickets are $50, $35 and $25.

Under the Streetlamp: Hip to the Holidays will perform a live, one-night-only performance on Thursday, December 13, at 7:30 p.m. Featuring former leading cast members of hit Broadway musicals including “Jersey Boys,” Under the Streetlamp is a concert celebration of classic hits of the American Radio Songbook from the 1950s to the 1970s. Their shows feature tight harmonies and slick dance moves that take audiences back to an era of sharkskin suits, flashy cars and martini shakers. A flashback to a time when on hot summer nights, people would gather under a streetlamp to sing their favorite rock and roll songs. Tickets are $55, $45 and $35.

Tickets may be purchased online at www.honeywellcenter.org or by calling the Honeywell Foundation Box Office at (260) 563-1102.
