Honeywell announces Holiday Open House

Posted: Thursday, November 9, 2017

Christmas comes early at the Honeywell Center as it kicks off the holiday season with its annual Holiday Open House taking place on Friday, November 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. The corporate sponsorship is provided by Crossroads Bank.

The public is invited to come and see the spectacular holiday decorations up close and tour the building to see how the decorations transform the famous cultural arts center into a glistening wonderland. The open house coincides with Wabash’s “Downtown Night to Remember,” which will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. and again on Saturday, November 18 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Honeywell Foundation youth choir, Vocal Impact, will perform at 6 p.m. followed by a brief presentation, including commentary from Mayor Scott Long. Santa will be on hand to hear Christmas wishes, with additional children’s activities in the main lobby. Guests can also enjoy the Winter Street Banner Contest, which will be on display in the Clark Gallery. Light refreshments will be served.

The Holiday Open House event is free and open to the public. For more information, contact the Honeywell Foundation Box Office by calling (260) 563-1102, or visit the Honeywell Center website at
