Heritage Pointe to present “Powerful Aging”

Heritage Pointe of Huntington is beginning a community education series for those aging. The first session will be held on Wednesday, March 20 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at their location at 1180 W 500 N, Huntington.

The series is called Powerful Aging with the first topic “The Dangers of Sitting Too Long.” In this seminar you will learn how sitting too long affects the body, what the latest research studies are showing and simple ways to incorporate movement in your life.

Heritage Pointe of Huntington will offer a free wellness assessment on pain and postural stability and gait assessment. Plan to attend this free seminar and learn more about staying healthy during the advanced years.
