Help keep our local business community open

Posted: Friday, December 11, 2020

The City of Huntington would like to thank everyone for their efforts in helping slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community by wearing a mask.

Masking up is a vital component of the City’s COVID-19 Mitigation Plan, and to support this the City is offering “Masks Mean Business” signage to local businesses at no cost. These signs can be displayed in your place of business entrances so customers are aware masks are required for entry per Governor Holcomb’s mask mandate.

The goal of the program is to help keep everyone safe and our businesses open for sales.

The signs are available at the Huntington City Building and the Huntington County Chamber of Commerce. Please email Kevin Krauskopf, communications coordinator at kevin.krauskopf@huntington.in.us or Steve Kimmel, Huntington County Chamber of Commerce at skimmel@huntington-chamber.com to arrange pickup. If you would like to have a sign delivered, contact the Chamber office at (260) 356-5300.
