HCCF awards grants to New Life Ministries

Pastor Jimi Staton of New Life Ministries, receives a check for $5,480 from the Huntington County Community Foundation (HCCF). The grant will be used towards the purchase and installation of a furnace and air conditioning unit in the New Life Ministries’ Men’s Life House. The Men’s Life House will operate as a transitional living facility, offering employment assistance and life skill classes including finance, goal setting, safe relationships and certified biblical counseling. The projected opening of the Men’s Life House is slated for some time this spring.

Over $52,698.00 in grant funds were distributed from HCCF’s 2020 Cycle II Grant Program to 15 charitable organizations serving Huntington County. The Foundation’s Cycle I Grant Program is now open and accepting applications at www.huntingtonccf.org/grants/hccf-grant-application.
