HC Coffee Connections begins 2020 strong

Posted: Friday, February 7, 2020

Huntington County Coffee Connections, a gathering held by the Huntington County Chamber of Commerce, met for the first time in 2020 with over 25 people in attendance. The fourth gathering of the group was held this past Wednesday in the Habecker Dining Commons at Huntington University at 7 a.m.

Huntington County Coffee Connections’ first meeting was on Wednesday, September 4, 2019, and the gathering has steadily grown over the past six months. Those attending are from financial institutions, real estate agencies, small and large businesses, schools, healthcare entities, assisted living facilities, non-profit organizations and students and former students of Huntington University. The gathering is also a great place to visit with local elected officials, and gives elected officials an opportunity to visit with constituents.

For those looking for ways to build valuable relationships in the community, you are invited to attend the next gathering on Wednesday, March 4. Please invite a friend or two that you believe would also benefit from attending. The more the merrier!

Huntington County Coffee Connections’ gatherings are held on the first Wednesday of each month from September through May. Each person attending is encouraged to give a 30 second commercial about their business or activities in which they are involved.

Huntington County Coffee Connections has become a favorite Chamber networking event. The event is the perfect way to build those valuable relationships in the community. This event is free to everyone and no reservations are needed.

Shown in the photo are several people from the community that attended this month’s Huntington County Coffee Connections on Wednesday, February 5. The Chamber heard from several individuals that they really enjoy the gathering and appreciate the opportunity to hear from others in the community. We always learn something that we did not know prior to the gathering.
