Harris, to address Chamber group on May 17

Tom Harris, certified business coach, author and owner of the ActionCOACH franchise will present five ways to massive profits at the HR/Professional Development Group meeting on Friday, May 17. With more than 20 years of business leadership experience, Harris will share ideas and his passion in helping business owners and managers become more successful and grow their organizations in 2019.

ActionCOACH is a coaching firm with business coaches in 70 countries. ActionCOACH, has mentored more than 10,000 clients and 200,000 seminar attendees throughout the world.

Harris, with over 25 years as a human resources professional in area companies, is well prepared to help local business owners grow their businesses and learn tools and techniques to improve operational efficiencies. Harris has received numerous certifications in the human resources profession including a senior professional of human resources, certifications as compensation and benefits professional as well as certifications as a global remuneration and labor relations professional. As an author of Live Life Abundantly, a book designed to help people of all ages identify and set and achieve lifetime goals, he plans to help business owners grow personally and professionally by showing businesses how to reach their goals.

As a graduate of IPFW with a BS in Personnel, University of Saint Francis with an MS in Psychology and Indiana Tech with an MBA, he plans to utilize his experience and knowledge to grow local businesses throughout Indiana.
