Habitat for Humanity to build Huntington home

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne has announced it is submitting a request to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the release of HOME Investment Partnerships Program funding to build its next home in Huntington County.

The home will be located at 1308 Drover Street. The name of the homeowner has not yet been released. The project will receive $40,000 in funding from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA).

An environmental review record (ERR) that documents the environmental determinations for this project is on file at the IHCDA, 30 S. Meridian Street, Suite 900, Indianapolis, IN 46204, and may be viewed or copied weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Public input on the ERR may be made via written comments to the IHCDA prior to August 24.
