Good Grains Bakery moves in Roanoke

Good Grains Bakery recently moved from its U.S. 24 location in Roanoke to 966 Locust Street, the former Cottage Kitchen directly behind the Cottage Event Center. Melissa Paul is the owner of the gluten free bakery.

Paul specializes in “Good Taste, Good Health and Good Value.” All products are gluten free as her family required this for their health. She saw a need for gluten free when her children began school and other children were able to have snacks and hers were not able to have the treats. She started making gluten free treats and began the business.

Good Grains Bakery is open Wednesday, 1 to 6 p.m.; Thursday and Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The business phone number is (260) 710-1495. The e-mail address is goodgrains.glutenfree@gmail.com.
