Join Extension Educator Caroline Everidge in the Helping Hands Community Garden for healthy activities. Bring a mat on May 11 at 8 a.m. for sunrise yoga.

Enjoy a tasty treat and get a little physical activity on May 12 at 8 a.m. on the Blender Bike. Learn ways to practice mindfulness while creating nature art on May 13 at 8 a.m. The Helping Hands Community Garden is located at 1340 S. Jefferson Street behind the Purdue Extension office.
