Four shows coming to Honeywell Center

WABASH, Ind. – The Honeywell Center will welcome a variety of shows in early December.  Tickets for A Chorus Line, 4TROOPS, Uncle Kracker, and Away in a Basement: A Church Basement Ladies Christmas, are on sale now.

Wabash Valley Music Association presents the world-famous musical A Chorus Line on Tuesday, December 7 at 7 p.m.  The Tony award winning production tells the story of 17 dancers auditioning for the role of a lifetime.  Tickets are $25, $35 and $45.

WWKI welcomes United States combat veteran singing group 4TROOPS, sponsored by Michael and Rebecca Kubacki, will perform on Friday, December 10 at 7:30 p.m.  Three men and one woman, all veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts, come together to sing on behalf of all troops, honor their sacrifices and create awareness of their needs.  Tickets are $12, $18 and $25.

On Sunday, December 12 at 7:30 p.m. MiTunes 101.9 welcomes Uncle Kracker to Wabash, sponsored by Grandstaff Hentgen Funeral Service and Dorais Chevrolet Buick GMC.  After getting his start in the rock/rap genre, Uncle Kracker went on to achieve success in the country music scene with hits like “Follow Me,” “Drift Away,” and his latest hit “Smile.”  Tickets are $16 and $28.

Welcomed by WBCL, the Church Basement Ladies bring their holiday show Away in a Basement to the Honeywell Center for two shows on Tuesday, December 14 at 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.  The musical comedy is set in 1959 - the day of the Sunday School Christmas program.  As the children rehearse upstairs, the ladies prepare holiday treats, unaware of what surprises are in store for them as they are called upon to save the day.  Tickets are $12, $18 and $25.
