Posted: Friday, June 28, 2019

Flow-Tech Plumbing & Heating, Inc. received the 2019 Circle of Champions award from Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems on Monday, June 10.

Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems is a heating, ventilation and air conditioning supplier that is a part of the global leading company Carrier. Carrier provides innovative HVAC, fire, refrigeration, security and building automation technologies.

Habegger Corporation Territory Manager Mike Miller explained what was important about the 2019 Circle of Champions Awards. “There are roughly 31,703 Bryant dealers around the country. There’s nearly 1,000 Bryant factory authorized dealers. Of those there are criteria and qualifications required to meet the Circle of Champions Award that was presented in Indianapolis. They’re highly recognized. I believe we have five or six in the state of Indiana. It’s a very prestigious award.”

In order to receive the Circle of Champions Award, a company must meet and exceed 17 different criteria to receive the award. These criteria feature meeting and exceeding sales goals, having indoor quality products and provide appropriate financing. Excellent customer service skills are also a must-have in HVAC businesses.

In a recent press release, Residential HVAC president of Bryant Matthew Pine praised Flow-Tech for their incredible customer service skills. “We recognize dealers, like Flow-Tech Plumbing & Heating, Inc. who have adopted the Bryant Whatever It Takes philosophy to ensure their customers’ home comfort needs come first. We’re proud to honor Flow-Tech Plumbing & Heating, Inc. in our Circle of Champions this year.”

According to Miller, Flow-Tech has customers in mind. “They ask the questions. They customize the systems to the home that makes the customer more satisfied, more comfortable, it helps them save money, and they stand behind it 100 percent. They make sure they’re completely satisfied in the long term and the short term. What happens then is they end up doing more work for the relatives, the brothers and sisters, families and that type of thing. They’re a locally owned and operated company that does a stellar job in service and installation.”

Flow-Tech specializes in having highly trained and certified installers and technicians. Office Manager Michelle Mohler said that one thing Flow-Tech has experienced with their growth is the increase in employees. “When I first started over 15 years ago, we had about 20 employees now we’re up to 60. We’ve grown a lot within the last five years.” Like many of the employees of Flow-Tech, Mohler is happy to have won the 2019 Circle of Champions Award. “I think it’s a great award to receive. Flow-Tech is an awesome place to work.”
