First Federal announces staff promotions

First Federal Savings Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of four employees. The employees receiving promotions were Eric Todd, Julia Bazur, Sarah O’Leary and Christina Ruckman.

Eric Todd, top left, has recently been promoted to vice president, commercial credit. Todd joined the First Federal staff in 2014. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University and extensive experience in credit administration, credit analysis and business banking with over thirteen years of financial experience. Additionally, he just completed the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin and received an Executive Leadership Certificate through the University of Wisconsin. He resides in Fort Wayne with his wife, Brooke, and their three children where Eric also enjoys coaching at Hamilton Park Little League.

Julia Bazur, top right, was promoted to the head teller/new accounts position at the Northeast Fort Wayne location on Maysville Road. She is a Bishop Dwenger High School graduate, attended Indiana Tech and is attending IPFW. Bazur resides in Laotto and is a member of St. Jude Catholic Church.

Sarah O’Leary, bottom left, was promoted to the head teller/new accounts position at the Southwest Fort Wayne location off West Jefferson. O’Leary has been with First Federal since December of 2011, and has a bachelor’s degree from IPFW. O’Leary was raised in Huntington, but currently resides with her daughter in Allen County.

Christina Ruckman was promoted to the head teller position at the downtown Huntington office. She has been with First Federal Savings Bank since February of 2012. She has a bachelor’s degree from Huntington University and is a lifelong resident of Huntington County.
