Engaging Millennials is topic of HR meeting

Melissa Jaegle, president, Master Consultants of Fort Wayne, will present: Millennials: Understanding How to Manage and Maximize Them. Jaegle will present at the next HR/Professional Development Group meeting on Friday, October 12. The meeting will be held at Pathfinder Services, 2824 Theater Avenue.

According to a press release from Jaegle, “Millennials are the largest population in our workforce today. Millennials are typically well educated, interested in balance in their life and have a great desire to make a significant impact. In the age of social media, texting and email, honing their communication skills is more important than ever. Participants attending the meeting will leave with helpful tools to navigate written and verbal communication.”

Jaegle says “We will delve into how a person’s perceptions can influence their interpretation, and she will share ten important points focused on engaging the workplace Millennial.”

Jaegle went on to say, “This presentation will be an excellent resource for all managers.”
