Community Link FCU selling T-shirts for breast cancer

Posted: Friday, September 4, 2020

For the past several years Community Link Federal Credit Union (CLFCU) has held a silent auction fundraiser in October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Due to lobby restrictions and guidelines that are in place to keep staff and members safe, they will be unable to hold their event like they have in the past.  However, they know that the support for cancer patients absolutely cannot stop amid a pandemic.

In an effort to continue to raise money, FCU is taking pre-orders for CLFCU People Helping People t-shirts. The T-shirts are $15 each and come in neon pink or heather gray. Those interested can choose in adult unisex sizes of S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL.

Those interested do not have to be a CLFCU member to order. All orders are due by Friday, September 18 at 5 p.m. and payment is due at the time the order is placed. For an order form stop by the credit union or visit the website here. Orders can be dropped off at the credit union or mailed to 325 Etna Avenue. Checks can be made payable to Community Link FCU.

CLFCU continues raising funds for two past board members. Dianne Shaw and Julie Heaston were both cherished CLFCU board members and active members in the community. As a heartfelt tribute, FCU is honored to bless Cancer Services of Huntington County with the proceeds of this fundraiser in remembrance of their determination, positivity and service to the members and community.
