Community Connections to hold Money Fair

Want to manage your money better? Have you ever wondered what a credit score is? Join Pathfinder Community Connections on Tuesday, April 24 from 2 to 6 p.m. to learn tips on saving money and information to help you along the path to a successful financial future. The Money Fair will be held at Heritage Hall at Hier’s Park and is free and open to the public

Just for attending people will be registered to win one of the following: $100 Visa Gift Card, $20 Visa Gift Card, Tickets to the Huntington 7 Movie Theater, a $20 Applebee’s Gift Card and more.

Free credit reports will be available at the Money Fair as well as these informational sessions:

• 2 to 2:30 p.m. - Maximize your Garden Space
• 3 to 3:30 p.m. - Cooking on a Dime
• 4 to 4:30 p.m. - Save Money by Growing at Home
• 5 to 5:30 p.m. - Health Benefits of Gardening.

All informational sessions will be presented by the Purdue Extension office of Huntington County and Master Gardeners. Also, the Joy Pleasers Clown Ministry will be on hand from 4 to 6 p.m. doing face painting and having balloons for children.
