Clark Gallery Photography Show: Call for entries

Posted: Friday, July 30, 2021

The Honeywell Center Clark Gallery will begin accepting entries for the annual Photography Show on Monday, August 23, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Photographers of all ages and experience levels are encouraged to enter. An offering of Honeywell Arts & Entertainment, the exhibit will be on display in the Clark Gallery and virtually via August 25 through September 27.

The show has three categories: altered images, color and black and white (including sepia tones). Participants may enter up to three pieces, all of which can be entered into a single category or all three; however, the maximum of three entries total still applies. Detailed guidelines are available here.

The Photography Show is the largest Clark Gallery competition of the year. In previous years, awards have been distributed to young students and professionals alike.

This exhibit is one of many ways Honeywell Arts & Entertainment supports the visual arts. The Clark Gallery typically hosts more than ten exhibits per year and features students, amateurs, and professionals. Because the gallery encompasses the semi-circle of the Honeywell Center Porter Lobby, foot traffic exceeds 170,000 guests per year.

The Clark Gallery is open to the public and artwork may be purchased through the Honeywell Box Office between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
