Chartwells at HU under new management

Michael Miller arrived at Huntington University this summer as the new Director of Dining Services. He was born and raised in southeastern Indiana, and received a business administration degree from Union College in Kentucky.

Miller has worked for Chartwells at various universities including University of Louisville, Northern Kentucky University and the University of the Cumberlands for the last 32 years.  He has vast experience in all aspects of catering, retail, and resident dining food services. Megan Stabley also joined the dining services at Huntington University after moving to Fort Wayne from Detroit, Michigan. She studied culinary arts at the Macomb Culinary Institute and proceeded to work in a fast pace, hospitality driven environment, assuring client delight as the Resident Sous Chef at Oakland University. Passionate about community and culture, the move to Huntington University was a natural fit. Stabley has been with Chartwells since October of 2011.
