Blessings in a Backpack fundraiser at Two EE's

Posted: Friday, April 8, 2016

The Blessings in a Backpack is a non-profit organization that serves elementary school students in Huntington County by supplying them with non-perishable food items for the weekends throughout the school year.  Blessings in a Backpack will be holding a fundraising event on Thursday, May 5 at Two EE’s Winery to ensure that the organization can continue to serve the children in Huntington County schools.

Businesses are invited to partner with Blessings in a Backpack and help to sponsor the cost of the venue and food for the event. A chef and staff and a musician are donating their services, time and talents to make the fundraiser a success.

For every $1000 donated, an organization or business will be acknowledged and receive two tickets to the event. A W9 can be provided as needed. In addition to the sponsor option, tickets may be purchased. 100 percent of the ticket price will be used to purchase the food for children.

The ticket and table prices are: individual tickets, $150; small table, 4 tickets, $600; medium table, 6 tickets, $900; large table, 10 tickets, $1500. With each ticket, the purchaser receives tastings of Two EE’s wine, a $10 Two EE’s voucher, hors d’oeuvres and entertainment.

To create a sponsorship and/or purchase tickets contact Steve Anderson, (260) 414-2807 or Jasmine Beekman, (260) 402-4594 or email Biabhuntingtonco@gmail.com.
