Bicentennial Community Choir sets first practice

The Huntington County Indiana Bicentennial Celebration at Hier’s Park on Friday, September 30 will include the Huntington County Bicentennial Community Choir. The choir will be under the direction of Mark Kiefer, and all who enjoy singing are invited to join the choir for this special event.
The first practice for the Huntington County Indiana Bicentennial Community Choir will be held on Thursday, September 8 at 6 p.m. The practice will be located at Evangelical United Methodist Church, 1000 Flaxmill Road.
The choir will perform three songs during the Bicentennial Celebration on September 30. The Bicentennial program begins at 10 a.m. with the choir to start at 11 a.m. The choir will be singing The Star- Spangled Banner, On the Banks of the Wabash, Far Away and Back Home Again in Indiana.
