Baloski retiring from First Federal, Hamilton hired

First Federal Savings Bank recently announced the retirement of Lupka Baloski, left. Baloski, human resources director, will retire after a banking career spanning over 40 years, including 17 years at First Federal Savings Bank.

During Baloski’s tenure at First Federal Savings Bank, the bank expanded from three to six branches and has increased their staff from 50 to 85 employees. Upon her retirement, Baloski plans to spend more time with her family.

Tracy Hamilton, right, has been hired as Baloski’s replacement as the human resources director. Hamilton will be located in the Huntington office located at 100 Frontage Road.

Hamilton has a Bachelor of Science in Personnel Administration from Ball State University and an MBA from Indiana University. She comes to First Federal Savings Bank with extensive human resources experience and holds both the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
