Arts Council to host "Fashion for the Arts"

The LaFontaine Arts Council will present “Fashions for the Arts” on Saturday, November 2. This year’s event will be held at Drummond’s Motorama City located at 1725 Riverfork Drive.

The annual fundraiser includes a luncheon, a silent auction and a short presentation by this year’s arts advocate, Bryan Ballinger, Huntington University Professor of Digital Media Arts. Social time begins at 11 a.m. with the luncheon served at 11:30 a.m.

Tickets for “Fashions for the Arts” can be purchased from LAC executive director Debbie Dyer at (260) 358-0055 or (260) 341-6207. The ticket cost is $25. Further information about the event can be found on the Lafontaine Arts Council Facebook page.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the LAC’s “Arts in Education programming, which annually provides quality programming to all students in grades K-12 in Huntington County.
