Posted: Friday, October 26, 2018

Six local women will capture the audience’s attention modeling fashions from The North End Boutique in Roanoke for this year’s Fashions for the Arts fundraiser. The event is scheduled for Saturday, November 3, and will be held at Drummond’s Motorama City.

Lucille Morris, Beth Stoffel, Este Stoffel, Ann Savariar, Amy Stoffel and Lisa Loza will each showcase fashions that will highlight the latest casual, career and holiday looks. The North End Boutique will also have items for purchase following the fashion show.

Fashions for the Arts will begin at 11 a.m. with social time. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. and will be followed by a short presentation by Arts Advocate Dan Drummond. The fashion show concludes the day. A silent auction will feature many holiday items.

Tickets for “Fashions for the Arts” can be purchased from LaFontaine Arts Council executive director Debbie Dyer at (260) 358-0055. The ticket cost is $25. Further information about the event can be found on the Lafontaine Arts Council Facebook page.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the LAC’s “Arts in Education” programming, which annually provides quality programming to all students in grades K-12 in Huntington County.
