ABWA to host motivational speaker Sam Glenn

ABWA Forks of the Wabash Chapter is proud to present award-winning and renowned motivational speaker, author and artist Sam Glenn, along with ABWA’s very own District V vice president Cheryl Blair to Huntington. The event will be held on Saturday, April 18 with registration at 7:30 a.m., and the event beginning at 8 a.m. and running until 12 noon.

The event will be held at Huntington University, 2303 College Avenue. Those attending are asked to turn off of Guilford Street onto Merillat Blvd. and watch for directional signs.

The activities begin with a breakfast buffet followed by Glenn speaking to the audience on the “Showcasing of Women Owned Businesses.” There will be a drawing for an original Sam Glenn painting for the first 100 paid registrants received by March 18.

There will be a live auction of the painting Glenn paints during his keynote speech, with proceeds being given to a local charity to be revealed the day of the event. Additional proceeds will be used to fund ABWA’s 2021 scholarships for Huntington County women. Overnight accommodations are available at the Comfort Inn, 2205 N. Jefferson Street.
