Aaron Lewis returns to Honeywell Center

Posted: Friday, March 23, 2018

Performing at the Honeywell Center on Wednesday, April 18, at 7:30 p.m. will be Grammy-nominated and multi-platinum artist Aaron Lewis. Corporate sponsorship is provided in part by MC Contracting, LLC.

Lewis switched his sound to country and released his EP “Town Line” in 2011 and first full-length country album, “The Road” in 2012. “The Road” reached No. 7 on the country album charts. This album had the song “Endless Summer,” a fan favorite. This isn’t his first solo gig: He started playing acoustic solos at 17. He sang with Limp Bizkit back in 1999.

Lewis stuck with his country roots and released his follow-up album, “Sinner” in 2016, which debuted at number 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart. Hits included on the album are “That Ain’t Country,” “Whiskey and You,” “Travelin’ Soldier,” and “Sinner,” featuring Willie Nelson.  Lewis describes the album as a newer take on the classic sound of Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, Hank Williams, and other “outlaw country” legends.

Indiana-born Alex Williams will be the opening act for Lewis, playing traditional country and performing songs from his album "Better than Myself."

Tickets for the Aaron Lewis concert are $75, $45, and $30, and may be purchased online at or by calling the Honeywell Foundation Box Office at 260-563-1102.
